We post to your owner portal weekly and you have 24/7 access to your information. We provide a full owner’s statement that shows all the activity that has happened at the property and it is broken down by unit. At year end we supply all the tax documentation that you will need to complete them on your own or submit to your CPA. The reports include the following -
